jfbI'm a little late getting to this, but I was sad to hear that John Gregory Dunne passed away just before New Year's Eve. I haven't read many of his books or seen many of the movies he scripted, but I have read The Studio and Monster, and they're two of my favorite books about how Hollywood works.
