dream report

I had a pretty action-packed dream last night, about a young married couple who were also witches, which mostly seemed to mean they could fly, but also meant that an evil government agent wanted to bring them back in so he could study them. The climactic scene involved a betrayal by a trusted family member in a nice hotel. It was sort of like Alias meets Escape from Witch Mountain. Also, the female lead was named Liz, and there was some conversation about "the baby," so I'm pretty sure the protagonists were Dan and Liz from Ida. Also featuring Dan Tripp as the Loyal Friend and possibly a young Leonardo DiCaprio as his kid brother.

Well, Air America and Al Franken's new radio show launched during my commute today. I guess. After months of promising the launch would include a San Francisco station, they still didn't get it together in time.

But it's okay, I'm not bitter. After all, they have a RealAudio stream I could listen to when I'm at my computer, if I installed RealPlayer, which I evicted a few years ago after realizing the trend toward advertising and registration was only getting worse. If I had time to listen to talk radio when I was near a computer.
