Last night's show was sparsely attended, except for the company party that left about halfway through, but fun anyway. Maybe the most comfortable bar gig I've played. Also we turned "Carolina" back into an electric mandolin song, after years of playing it on the guitar.

Tonight Russell and I are opening for Tin Cat, which just might be awesome. And then I get the weekend off.

The Beale Street Bar and Grill is a squat two-story building, vaguely like an oversized rail car, completely surrounded by skyscrapers. Here's a view from the parking lot.
