Yep--Rasmussen has been consistently listing Minnesota as a tie, even on polls taken while the Zogby survey was being done. Zogby's got a good track record, but the real lesson is, polls don't really mean anything.
Yesterday I ran across a list of "35 trends that mean John Kerry will win"--things like "undecide voters break for the challenger" and "polls aren't calling voters without land lines, who tend to be young and thus democratic". The problem with hopeful news is that it can make people relax prematurely.
