Via moorishgirl I learn that there are three volumes of Persepolis, at least in French. Something to look forward to.

(I found moorishgirl while I was looking for comments on The Autograph Man at All Consuming; while browsing her blog I also ran across a passing reference to Nickel and Dimed. Clearly, this is a reader I should be paying attention to.)

My first impression on finishing Persepolis is that it didn't work very well as a single unit. So I'm awfully glad more parts are coming.

Why are so many memoir-style comics done in multiple volumes like this? Maus. Persepolis. Epileptic.
