Oh yeah, I saw The Prince and Me last weekend. I liked it a lot, but I'm a well-known sap, so you shouldn't listen to me. Here's my point though: There were some songs I liked during the movie so I watched the credits to see who they were by, and I didn't really find out because none of the titles jogged my memory, but I did find out that the song that was playing while I was watching the credits was by Josh Kelley, who I don't really know anything about except that Scott is opening for him this Saturday in Seattle. So, that's cool. Good luck, Scott!
(Also, these songs by the guy Scott's playing with sound cool, and would probably sound cooler, if a little less wizardly, on a computer that didn't play everything at raised speed and pitch like an LP on 45.)

Date: 2004-04-17 11:53 am (UTC)I saw Prince and Me yesterday and liked it too, except the ending. I think Bend it Like Beckham did a better job with the plausibility of that kind of ending. Otherwise, I liked the two leads together a lot.
Hellboy was just mediocre.

Date: 2004-04-17 03:10 pm (UTC)I thought both endings were too fast too easy, but I actually liked that it was treated as a happy enough ending just to let Julia have her own life, that getting the guy was sort of an afterthought.
