I may be taking a short trip to southern California. Possible things to do, so far:

• Pirates of the Caribbean at the El Capitan.
• The Quiet American (1958) on Sunday at UCLA.
• Grant Lee Phillips (Saturday) or Michael Penn (Monday) at Largo.
• The Weepies at Room 5 on Tuesday.
• Doctor Zhivago, Sunday or Monday at the Bay Theater.
• Bad Education at the Art Theater.
• Richard Swift on Monday at Detroit Bar.

I may also go outside at some point.
