I managed to sleep very briefly and very poorly last night. Lots of nervous energy, which I may write about later. As a result, I'm not feeling so great today.
Well, I often sleep poorly and not enough, but last night was an extreme example with specific causes. Ironically, I couldn't sleep because I was feeling good, which is why I am now feeling bad.
Sorry to hear about the lack of sleep. I hate it when that happens. I've been living with some level of nervous energy for a couple months now. After a while, you'll get used to it.
