The Tin Cat show tonight was awesome.

Here's the sign I liked from the Kepler's rally (and one I missed).

Not-quite-Friday Random Ten.
  • Baxter, "Television"
  • Hall and Oates, "Method of Modern Love"
  • Fleetwood Mac, "When I See You Again"
  • David Baerwald, "AIDS and Armageddon"
  • Kurt Rosenwinkel, "The Next Step"
  • Charles Mingus, "Better Get Hit in Yo' Soul"
  • Joe Jackson, "Is She Really Going Out With Him"
  • Rickie Lee Jones, "Pirates (So long lonely avenue)"
  • Steely Dan, "Fire in the Hole"
  • For Stars, "How It Goes"
Just look at all those major-label artists! The only exception (and my favorite of the set) is the For Stars song, which you can download here.

Someone at work mentioned as how he'd really miss the talks, and was realy looking forward to the to Neil G lecture -- but of course he didn't buy books there becauuse Amazon was cheaper. I don't think he got the connection .. Funny how that goes ..

Not that I get Games Workshop stuff any cheaper online but I always buy it from my local shop cause I get to use the game tables set up there. I see the connection.
