I believe that it's now an established point that you are entitled to a fair and speedy trial with some minimal level of representation. I have heard of other cases where it was established that you are not entitled to a just outcome. Having been give a fair trial and losing, you are not entitled to a new trial based simply on evidence that you are innocent. It's a fucked-up world.
Wow, ok, this time the link actually went where it was supposed to for me. Before it went to the "happy birthday to me" bit and i didn't understand what was so awful about that. That's pretty horrifying.
