Does this make me a published photographer? (Original here.)

(I don't know Mr. Stovall or his work; he asked me for permission to use the photo sometime last year, and I just got around to wondering what happened to it.)

It makes a lovely book cover, all right.
What a pity for Mr. Stovall that he went with PublishAmerica (http://critters.critique.org/sting/).

I actually talked to him about that--he went in with his eyes open, I think.

Very nice. Perhaps I'm a published photographer, too. I should track down that documentary that took my image without permission all those years ago.

Nice cover! Mr. Stovall seems very earnest. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

Yes it does, and it's lovely! Where is it?

Utah. I was going to say "Browse, Utah," but there doesn't seem to be an actual city named Browse, just an exit off I-15 (http://www.wildlife.utah.gov/fishing/so_ut_trout_streams.html).

Looks pretty published to me. Wouldn't your CD case count, too, though? With the train?

Hooray! It wasn't just a fluke!
