A former engineer for TRW files suit claiming that her erstwhile employer and the government have conspired to cover up flaws in TRW's missile defense system. A federal judge dismisses the case because discussing possible missile defense flaws and conspiracy to conceal them would endanger national security.

I wish someone with an understanding of security were in charge of national security. Perhaps... MATT BLAZE!!! Perhaps not.
