At an open mike tonight, after playing with a wonderful pick-up band and promoting my show, I talked about Boston at great length to a couple who are moving there this summer. By the end of it I'd almost talked me into moving. As usual, most of my nostalgia was located along the red line.

When I lived in Boston most of my experiences were on the green line. The red line was just a way to get to harvard square. I miss Boston.

I lived on the green line most of the time I was there, but most of the good stuff I remember was on the red line... and later I spent three months living on the red line, and that was better.
